Chakra Week! Thursday – Throat Chakra

It’s Day 5 of Chakra Week at Mystic Landing! Seven days, seven chakras. Today’s chakra is the Throat Chakra, also known by its Sanskrit name, Vishuddha. This chakra is associated with the color blue and is associated with communication and creativity. Having this chakra balanced will bring the benefits of clear communication, self-expression, enhanced creativity and eloquence.

If you are experiencing any of the following physical symptoms, your throat chakra might be out of alignment: Weak Voice, Thyroid imbalance, Hearing Problems, Sore Throat, TMJ, Laryngitis, Gingivitis, Colds.

Also the following emotional states could indicate an unbalanced throat chakra: Uncommunicative, Shy, Mousy, Emotional, Disempowered

 

Chakra Week! – Wednesday – Solar Plexus Chakra

It’s Day 3 of Chakra Week at Mystic Landing! Seven days, seven chakras. Today’s chakra is the Solar Plexus Chakra, also known as Manipura and sometimes as the Power Chakra. This chakra is associated with the color yellow and is associated with driving for control, competence and success to fortify the ego. Having this chakra balanced will bring the benefits of Self-Esteem, Self-Confidence, Self-Respect, Strong Will, and Empowerment.

If you are experiencing any of the following physical symptoms, your solar plexus chakra might be out of alignment: Poor Digestion, Ulcers, Diabetes or Hypoglycemia, Arthritis, Pancreas & Liver malfunction

Also the following emotional states could indicate an unbalanced solar plexus chakra: Fear, Hate, Indifference, Stress, Self-Loathing, Need for Power

This chakra is associated with the color orange and is located in the abdomen. This chakra is also known as the Sexual Chakra or Spleen Chakra and is associated with sexuality, unbridled desire, and imagination. Oooh-wee!

If you are experiencing any of the following physical symptoms, your sacral chakra might be out of alignment:
Low Back Pain, Urine, Spleen, Bladder or Kidney Issues.

Also the following emotional states could indicate an unbalanced sacral chakra: Addictions, Frigidity, Jealousy, Possessiveness
